ABOUT ME Clinical psychologist, Gestalt therapist, processwork therapist, specialist in integral somatic psychotherapy (ISP), biosynthesis, shock traumas, PTSD and development traumas. I am 40 years old, I was born and raised in a small town in Chelyabinsk region. When I was 14 my family moved to Yekaterinburg, where I have lived and worked for a number of years. My life has always been rather eventful, which helps me understand my clients better and be "on their side". |

One of my favourite metaphors describing the process of therapy is "traveller and guide in the mountains". To me this means that I can not go through my client's life journey, I can not decide for them, I can not choose the right path. I do not know where and why the traveller is going; only the traveller knows the destination. My knowledge and skills let them "survive in the mountains and find a path". These are the things I do in order to help a traveller reach their destination.
