ABOUT ME
Clinical psychologist, Gestalt therapist, processwork therapist, specialist in integral somatic psychotherapy (ISP), biosynthesis, shock traumas, PTSD and development traumas.
I am 40 years old, I was born and raised in a small town in Chelyabinsk region. When I was 14 my family moved to Yekaterinburg, where I have lived and worked for a number of years. My life has always been rather eventful, which helps me understand my clients better and be "on their side".
One of my favourite metaphors describing the process of therapy is "traveller and guide in the mountains". To me this means that I can not go through my client's life journey, I can not decide for them, I can not choose the right path. I do not know where and why the traveller is going; only the traveller knows the destination. My knowledge and skills let them "survive in the mountains and find a path". These are the things I do in order to help a traveller reach their destination.
