About me

Clinical psychologist, Gestalt therapist, Processwork therapist, specialist in Integral Somatic Psychology (ISP), Biosynthesis, shock trauma, developmental trauma, PTSD, and clinical mental health conditions.

I'm over 40, and I've been practising continuously for 19 years. During that time, I've worked with more than 400 clients, and I've never met anyone I believed was beyond help. This experience has strengthened my belief that even the most difficult situations can change.

I also believe there are no silly questions. If something matters enough to you to ask about it, it deserves an answer.

Feel free to write to me directly about anything that's worrying you or that you'd like to know. I'll be happy to answer your questions.

One of my favourite metaphors for therapy is that of a traveller and a mountain guide.

I cannot make the journey for my client, make their decisions, or choose their path. I don't know where the traveller wants to go or why. Only they know their destination.

What I can offer is my knowledge and skills to help them navigate the mountains, find their way, and stay safe along the journey. This is how I see my role as a therapist: helping clients reach the destination they've chosen for themselves.
